Under the inspiring theme of "Surmounting Mountains and Seas, Tefisen United; Weathering Storms Together, Living Up to the Prosperous Era," Tefisen meticulously organized a team-building event that kicked off at 1:30 PM on a sunlit afternoon. All employees, brimming with enthusiasm, gathered punctually outside the company. After a quick headcount, everyone boarded the buses in an orderly fashion, filled with anticipation and joy, en route to the dreamy destination of this team-building adventure—Tai Rong Resort. Laughter and cheerful chatter filled the bus, as everyone eagerly looked forward to the day ahead.

Part I: Swift Action, Opening a New Chapter of Joy

As the buses slowly entered Tai Rong Resort, the breathtaking scenery left everyone in awe. Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, with exquisitely designed buildings scattered throughout, the resort felt like a hidden paradise. Everyone eagerly disembarked, inhaling the fresh air deeply and immersing themselves fully in the beauty of nature.

Upon arrival, the team quickly divided tasks. The men took the lead in carrying barbecue supplies, shouldering boxes filled with ingredients and grilling tools with steady, determined strides. Meanwhile, the women meticulously organized the items, categorizing seasonings and utensils. Through everyone's coordinated efforts, what was initially a chaotic pile of supplies was soon neatly arranged and ready for use.

Next, the group made their way to the team-building game area. Along the way, they admired the scenic views and excitedly discussed the upcoming activities. Some colleagues were eager to showcase their skills, while others exchanged strategies, determined to help their team claim victory.

1. First Game: Table Tennis Relay – Tension and Joy

With a crisp “assemble” command from the energetic HR team leader, employees who had been chatting or strolling around quickly formed neat rows. “Attention—at ease,” she ordered decisively. The group stood tall and spirited as they were divided into the Huizhou Team and the Guangdong Team. Team members exchanged glances, a mix of competitive fire and friendly camaraderie in their eyes.

The first game was a table tennis relay. In groups of eight, each participant held a bamboo section, allowing a table tennis ball to roll along the winding path formed by the connected bamboo sections until it reached a paper cup at the finish line. Touching the ball with hands was strictly prohibited, and the competition was held in a best-of-three format.

After explaining the rules, the team leader asked, “Is everyone clear?” The team responded in unison, “Clear!” Their voices brimming with confidence and determination. “Alright, I now declare—start!” The moment the word “start” was spoken, everyone tensed and sprang into action.

The Huizhou Team demonstrated seamless coordination, communicating silently through eye contact. The first player carefully placed the ball on the bamboo, tilting it gently to roll forward. The second player stood ready, eyes locked on the incoming ball, hands steady to ensure a smooth transfer. Everyone held their breath, fearing a misstep. Each successful handoff was met with a burst of small cheers.

The Guangdong Team quickly adjusted, shouting reminders like “Stay steady! Take it slow!” Their coordination improved as the game progressed. Despite their efforts, Huizhou gradually pulled ahead through better synchronization and consistent performance.

The Huizhou Team rolled the ball successfully into the cup in the first round, winning the first game. The Guangdong Team, while slightly disappointed, remained motivated, encouraging one another and analyzing strategies for the next round.

In the second round, the Guangdong Team improved communication and coordination. Movements became faster and more precise. The Huizhou Team maintained its previous performance, staying vigilant. Both teams were fully focused, and the atmosphere became intensely competitive.

Ultimately, the Huizhou Team secured a 2-0 victory. Despite the Guangdong Team’s loss, their tenacity and teamwork earned admiration and applause from all participants.

2. Second Game: Invincible Wind Fire Wheels – A Test of Speed and Coordination

The second game was the Invincible Wind Fire Wheels. Eight participants had to stand on a closed, colorful strip and make it roll forward until the last person crossed the finish line, without stepping outside the strip.

Before starting, both teams carefully reviewed the rules and discussed strategies. Some emphasized keeping a unified pace, while others suggested clear role assignments: front members guide the direction, rear members push the strip. The discussion was lively, with all voices heard and considered.

At the team leader’s command, the game began. The Huizhou Team stepped onto the strip, moving in synchronized rhythm as planned. The strip rolled steadily under their coordinated movements. The Guangdong Team, determined to catch up, kept pace with tight collaboration.

Challenges emerged as the strip occasionally veered off course or steps fell out of sync. However, both teams encouraged each other, adjusted quickly, and overcame the difficulties.

The Huizhou Team, with smoother coordination and faster rhythm, gradually pulled ahead. Their strip glided like a colorful snake across the field. The Guangdong Team tried to close the gap but couldn’t surpass them due to a slower start.

Ultimately, the Huizhou Team crossed the finish line first. Cheers and hugs echoed across the field. The Guangdong Team, though a bit disappointed, applauded Huizhou’s performance and recognized the importance of teamwork and rhythm.

3. Tug-of-War – Strength, Strategy, and a Dramatic Comeback

Next was the highly anticipated tug-of-war. The team leaders of Huizhou and Guangdong played rock-paper-scissors, with the winner selecting team members. The Guangdong leader won and picked tall, strong participants, aiming for a decisive victory.

Both teams braced themselves, gripping the rope, planting feet firmly, and leaning back. Spectators gathered, cheering for their respective teams.

The referee’s whistle marked the start. The rope swayed as both teams exerted full strength. Guangdong’s power gradually moved the rope toward them. Huizhou resisted but was initially at a disadvantage.

Then the Huizhou leader shouted, “Don’t panic! Pull together!” Instantly, the team adjusted and pulled in unison. Strength merged, and the rope slowly moved toward their side. Guangdong responded, intensifying their pull. A fierce tug-of-war ensued, with cheers and shouts reverberating across the field.

At a critical moment, a Guangdong member unleashed a powerful pull, inspiring teammates. Together, they finally pulled the rope past the center line, winning the tug-of-war.

Although Guangdong lost the overall match, they admired Huizhou’s performance, recognizing that strategy and collaboration were as vital as strength. Huizhou members celebrated, their confidence and team cohesion strengthened.

Part II: Barbecue – A Feast of Food and Fun

After the games, the highly anticipated barbecue began. Women washed vegetables and cut fruits meticulously, ensuring uniform pieces. Men chopped, cooked, and skewered ingredients with precision. Some colleagues tried fishing at the pond, quickly preparing fresh catch for the grill.

Everyone gathered around the grill, flipping skewers while chatting cheerfully. The aroma was irresistible. Preferences varied—some liked their food well-done, others tender. Sharing seasoning tips and cooking methods added to the fun. Drinks and snacks complemented the lively atmosphere.

Part III: Karaoke Extravaganza – Songs and Emotions in Harmony

Around 8 PM, the group transitioned to karaoke. The resort’s KTV room, with dazzling lights and excellent sound, became a perfect stage.

Colleagues performed passionately—classic songs evoked nostalgia, while rock tracks energized the crowd. Each performer received enthusiastic applause. Duets and group singing strengthened team bonds.

The event concluded with a group rendition of “Tomorrow Will Be Better.” Voices united, expressing hope, determination, and collective aspiration for the future.
